The Officers of the Paul Williams Connection would like to invite you to join us for a weekend filled with music, love, and laughter. You not only get to meet and talk with fellow Paul Williams fans from around the world, but you will also get to meet and talk to the man himself, Paul Williams.
Some of the events we have planned are: Karoke, A film fest, our version of the TV game show 'Match Game', plus many other surprises. There will also be door prizes, raffles to benefit the Community High School and exhibits, and a few other surprises.
As an added surprise anyone who attends the meet will be given a special gift bag. One of the contents of the gift bag will be a specially made T-shirt. It will also be filled with other goodies for you to take home as a keepsake of this memorable event.
Plus Paul plans to host a songwriter in the round at one of the local clubs with all procceeds going to charity...Once we have all the information regarding this performance it will be posted.
All festivities will be held at the Doubletree Hotel. We were also able to get anyone attending the meet a discount on their rooms. The cost of the rooms are $89.00 per night tax not included. Why not share a room with a fellow fan and split the cost? The Doubletree will also allow up to 4 people in a room at no extra charge. Just make sure to mention the Paul Williams Connection Meet in May when booking the hotel so you will get the discount on the room.
There will be a registration fee of $75.00 per member (Non members $90.00). (If you wish to join the Connection and just pay $75.00 you can find out how at: The Paul Williams Connection web site). If you are a member and would like to bring a guest the cost will be the same as yours. The registration fee is to cover the expenses for the entire 3 day event". This includes all the events mentioned above plus a Continental Breakfast, Lunch, and 2 refreshment breaks on Saturday, AV equipment, coffee on Sunday, and a gift bag. Raffles and door prizes will be donated by the officers.
